CHICKEN LITTER BIOGAS PLANT

Biogas is an environmental friendly and one of the most efficient and effective options for renewable energy among various other alternative sources. Where excessive nutrients from chicken litter are spread on land they can cause pollution of watercourses and have a negative impact on the environment.

The Biogas generated at the plant is converted to electricity and is used in the plant for captive application. In addition to this the gas is used for the thermal requirement of the factory and surrounding labor colony as cooking fuel replacing LPG. The plant supply stable supply of renewable electricity to the plant and excess gas if any will be stored in the storage balloon. This plant also produces a nutrient rich digestate that is used as an organic biofertiliser by the nearby farming community.
